The Cen Penn Alliance was formed in May of 2013, through cooperative meetings of the Berwick Youth Football League and the Bloomsburg Midget Football and Cheerleading.

It’s easy.  The two biggest youth football programs in the area are seperated by just 8 miles.  In the past, they scrimmaged on the youth level, were members of the same conference on the high school level, and cooperated often on all levels.

Now these two have joined together in an Youth Alliance, to provide their communities' kids with the best possible experience they can provide them.  The Cen Penn Alliance is not a league.  It's not an organization.   It has no President.  The Cen Penn Alliance is simply that, an alliance.  A cooperation between two autonomous leagues to better themselves, while enriching the lives of their kids.  WE VOTED NO TO USELESS LEAGUES AND THEIR RULES AND POWER STRUGGLES.  WE VOTED YES TO OUR KIDS!!!​​

 

In January 2016, Central Columbia joined the Cen Penn Alliance.  On March 1, 2016, Catawissa also joined the Cen Penn Alliance.
